Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders from Auckland via NZ Post / CourierPost. Standard delivery is 2-4 business days nationwide.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within New Zealand. We're looking into Australian shipping for the future — stay tuned!
What's the free shipping threshold?
Orders over $100.00 NZD qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under that amount incur a flat $6.99 shipping fee.

What's the difference between PLA and PETG?
PLA is the easiest material to print with — great for beginners and decorative prints. PETG is stronger, more heat-resistant, and better suited for functional parts that need to withstand stress or higher temperatures. We recommend starting with PLA and graduating to PETG as you gain experience.
Do I need a filament dryer?
In New Zealand — absolutely yes! With humidity levels regularly exceeding 80%, your filament absorbs moisture from the air even in sealed bags once opened. Wet filament causes stringing, poor layer adhesion, bubbling, and weak prints. Our filament dryer at $49.99 is the most affordable way to keep your filament in top condition.
Orders
Can I return products?
Yes. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are fully protected. If a product is faulty or doesn't match its description, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We also accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days for unused, sealed products. See our Returns Policy for full details.
Do you offer bulk discounts?

Are prices GST-inclusive?
Yes, all prices on our website include 15% GST. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprises at checkout.
